Rights and obligations of the AVER members

a. Rights

to access information on the AVER activity
to attend the activities organized by the association and to access the Documentation and Information Spreading Center
to participate for free in the scientific activities, workshops, reunions, seminars organized by AVER
to get technical advice from AVER
to get magazines edited or distributed by AVER at promotional prices
to introduce himself/herself in speech or in writing as a member of AVER
to obtain the recomandations and support from AVER to get deductions for international scientific events attending fees
to get deductions for advertising fees in magazines and other printed materials edited by AVER
to be mentioned in the company catalogues edited by the partner trade associations of AVER
to get deductions for training fees
to get deductions for attending fees at promotional activities and technical fairs
to give up the quality of member of AVER
to elect and to be elected in the AVER management

b. Obligations

to comply with the Statute and internal regulations of AVER, including the protection of the interests and public image
to contribute, both in a material and an intelectual manner, to achieve the purposes and goals of AVER
to pay the annual member fee before March 31st, as decided by the AVER Executive Council
to actively participate in the AVER organized activities, to come with new working ideas and to seek for new members
to execute the tasks specific to their position in AVER

The management organism of AVER is the General Assembly of AVER Members

The Executive Council is the administrative organism of AVER; it is elected by the General Assembly. It has four members, one of them is the President of the Executive Council, two are Vice-Presidents, and one Secretary.

The President of the Executive Council is Mr. Dan Vergil Racicovschi; the Vice-Presidents are Mr. Grigore Danciu and Mr. Cristian Constantin Dan. The Secretary of the Executive Council is Mrs. Mihaela Chefneux.

The AVER President of Honour is Mr. Mihai Popescu, Ph.D

The AVER Members of Honour is Mr. Constantin Tuculescu
